I am inspired by this cosmic, emotional human experience, this beautiful journey of life, and the connectivity of us all within the fragility of time. I wrote this song after a long night of anxious thoughts and sleeplessness. Ultimately this song is about loving yourself for who you are and embracing where you are in the moment. It all starts with ourselves, all the love and healing. It is no easy task, but you're never alone and this journey of love is really what we make of it.
